Darlene Doyle is Chief Client Officer at PAN. In her role, Darlene provides strategic oversight of PAN\u2019s global client base and brings the firm\u2019s best practices into client programs to drive client satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n

As a member of PAN\u2019s Executive Team, she brings the voice of PAN\u2019s clients into those conversations to ensure the agency is out in front of what matters most to clients. Darlene also leads the agency\u2019s Issues Response and Crisis Teams, providing strategic counsel on communications in these big moments.<\/p>\n

Darlene was named to PR News\u2019 List of Top Women in PR in 2019. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her husband, two kids and dog and hitting the yoga studio.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Elizabeth believes passionately in a people-first approach. In her role as Chief People and Culture Officer, she is the key architect behind PAN\u2019s award-winning, inclusive culture. Our culture has been recognized by The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, Orlando Business Journal, SF Best and Brightest, Entrepreneur and PRovoke Media.<\/p>\n

She focuses wholly on the employee experience and thrives on creating new programs and experiences that match what\u2019s important to today\u2019s workforce. Most recently, she led the creation of PAN\u2019s HyFlex+ model, enabling employees to work from anywhere to help them live their best lives. In addition, she was recognized as an HR Leader of the Year by Ragan in the Workplace Wellness Awards. She leads our talent acquisition efforts and has hired the best and the brightest in our industry.<\/p>\n

Elizabeth is co-chair of PR Council\u2019s Human Resources community. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying a day on the Cape beaches with family and friends.<\/p>\n<\/div>

As Chief of Integrated Marketing and Strategy for PAN, Megan oversees the agency\u2019s specialty teams across earned media, content, creative, social and paid media, working with PAN\u2019s VPs to build and deliver multichannel communications programs. Megan also leads the agency\u2019s organic growth vision, developing service offerings and marketing approaches to propel client and agency success.<\/p>\n

Megan also leads a technology practice for PAN, supporting clients in retail\/ecommerce, marketing\/advertising, insurance and public sector, among others. She specializes in strategic communication, leading messaging, crisis and employee communications, and integrated marketing strategy. Colleagues and clients describe her as creative, strategic, inspired and bold.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Mark has been a driving force at PAN since its inception. As part of the executive team, Mark oversees operations and leads strategic growth initiatives across business development and marketing.<\/p>\n

Mark’s acumen sparked PAN\u2019s positioning as a brand-to-demand agency forged in PR. With more B2B brands seeking a modern, energetic, agile partner to connect the dots between brand awareness, demand acquisition, and growth, Mark saw an opportunity for PAN to meet those needs on a global scale through integrated, data-driven marketing and PR grounded in real-world impact.<\/p>\n

Passionate about all things AI and CX, Mark is active in Harvard\u2019s Office of Technology Department Expert-in-Residence (XIR) program and the thought leadership realm. You can find his insights on the DMNews Podcast<\/em>, Heinz Marketing Radio<\/em>, PR News<\/a>, Agile Brand, and Evan Kirstel LinkedIn Live<\/a>.
